USE THIS FUNCTION TO DUPLICATE A PLATFORM

Copy-VPASPlatform [-DuplicateFromPlatformID] <String> [-NewPlatformID] <String> [[-Description] <String>] [[-token] <Hashtable>] [<CommonParameters>]

-DuplicateFromPlatformID <String>
Specify which PlatformID will be the base of the new platform

-NewPlatformID <String>
New unique PlatformID for the new platform
