USE THIS FUNCTION TO ENABLE AN EPV USER IF DISABLED OR ACTIVATE A SUSPENDED EPV USER

Enable-VPASEPVUser -EPVUsername <String> -Action <String> [-token <Hashtable>] [<CommonParameters>]

Enable-VPASEPVUser -EPVUserID <String> -Action <String> [-token <Hashtable>] [<CommonParameters>]

Enable-VPASEPVUser -InputParameters <Hashtable> [-token <Hashtable>] [<CommonParameters>]

-EPVUsername <String>
Query for the target EPVUser via Username

Enabling a user will allow the user to authenticate in, Activating a user will clear out any authentication failures and unsuspend the user if suspended
