USE THIS FUNCTION TO GET ALL USAGE PLATFORMS

Get-VPASAllUsagePlatforms [[-token] <Hashtable>] [<CommonParameters>]

-token <Hashtable>
HashTable of data containing various pieces of login information (PVWA, LoginToken, HeaderType, etc).
If -token is not passed, function will use last known hashtable generated by New-VPASToken
